This policy applies to your use of Fancy Cafe AI, including any inputs, uploads or generated results if those features become available. Browsing and Google sign-in are available now. Uploads and generation are closed.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not create, request or share sexual or NSFW content, violence or gore, hateful or discriminatory content, child exploitation or other unsafe content involving children, deepfakes or impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), or content that infringes copyright or trademarks. We apply zero tolerance to unsafe content involving children, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, and NCII. This includes face swaps, digital undressing, fabricated intimate interactions and making a real person appear to say or do something they did not. Consent does not make prohibited content permissible. Attempts to evade safety checks are prohibited. Terrorist activity, incitement to mass violence and instructions for weapons of mass destruction are also prohibited.
Review before generation and delivery
Before opening generation, we require input review, including Waffo Prompt Sift for text prompts where used, and review of generated results before delivery. Blocked or unresolved material must not be generated or delivered. If safe review cannot be completed, the feature stays closed. These safeguards are launch requirements.
Report content or misuse
Use the support address below. Include a page URL or reference if available, a short description and a way to reply. Do not attach or forward sensitive originals, intimate imagery, child abuse material or identity documents. We prioritise reports involving child safety, impersonation or intimate imagery when reviewing the inbox. For ordinary reports, we provide a first human reply within 2 business days and a progress update within 5 business days. For complex cases, we provide a progress update while the review continues. Once a serious violation is confirmed, we prioritise restricting the affected content or access within our control.
Action and appeals
We check the report against this policy and may remove content under our control, revoke access or suspend or ban an account, depending on the violation. To appeal, contact the same address with the decision reference and a short explanation. We review the decision and may reverse it if it was wrong.
